The Bell and the Promise
$12.00
The rose is protected beneath the bell, but trust cannot grow while both hearts remain guarded.
Description
A woman and a beastlike figure stand on opposite sides of a rose sealed beneath glass. Gothic windows and candelabras give the meeting ceremony, but the apple resting on cloth introduces a second symbol of desire and consequence. The design places vulnerability at the center of a guarded relationship. Neither figure reaches past the dome. They remain equal witnesses to something beautiful, fading, and possibly responsible for keeping them together. Love, fear, and trust all gather around the bell, with preservation standing in for the change neither person can avoid. The rose is protected, but the real question is whether the two people around it are willing to become less protected themselves.
