Shipping Policy

Every Crafted Runes Studio order is engraved and prepared before it leaves the studio. Here is what to expect after you place an order.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Holidays, events or unusually high order volume may occasionally add time. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses supported at checkout. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping & Tracking
Standard shipping is included on eligible U.S. retail orders placed through the website unless another shipping option is shown at checkout.
Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout once the order ships. Carrier transit time begins after processing and is separate from studio production time.
Check Your Shipping Address
Please review your address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. An address can usually be corrected before shipment, but changes may no longer be possible once the carrier has accepted the package.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Weather, holidays and carrier delays can sometimes slow a package after it leaves the studio. If tracking appears stalled or the package has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact us and we will help review the shipment with the carrier.
Shipping Damage
If an order arrives damaged, please review our Returns & Refund Policy and contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
