Description

A clock marks the hour, a goblet has fallen, and moonlight enters through the open arch, yet the couple remains locked in a formal embrace. A violin and roses lie nearby as though the musicians have left and the last song continues only for them. Their closeness feels beautiful precisely because the celebration has already begun to fade. The dancers may be refusing an ending, repeating a moment from long ago, or taking one final turn before dawn. The empty room gives their choice both romance and consequence. One more dance can preserve a memory, but it can also become the reason morning is never allowed to begin.
