The Antlered Regent

Description

A towering hooded figure with antlers stands beneath a radiant halo, two bright eyes fixed forward. From one raised hand, a ribbon of runes travels toward a glowing cradle while three smaller figures kneel on the opposite side. Authority and care are held in uneasy balance. The cradle suggests new life or something newly created, yet the regent’s scale and hidden face make the exchange impossible to read as purely gentle. The kneeling witnesses may be worshipping, pleading, or accepting terms. The image asks who has the right to name, bless, or possess what has just begun-and whether power can protect without also making a claim.
