Description
A woman stands behind a stone plinth where a single apple has been placed. A stag watches from one side, a rabbit waits on the other, and the reflecting pool carries the scene toward a distant castle beneath arching trees. The animals remain still, the castle remains far away, and the water holds every figure in reflection.
