Echoes of the Ridge

Description

A right-facing feline head contains an entire mountain region: layered ridges, mist, clusters of pines, a bare tree, and a smaller animal form curled near the ear. Rootlike drips extend below, making the portrait feel connected to land beneath the visible frame. The landscape inside the profile makes memory feel like a place the animal still inhabits. The mountains are not behind the animal; they are part of what it is. The smaller companion may suggest family, ancestry, protection, or a life remembered inside the larger presence. From afar, the profile is clear. Up close, the interior becomes a place to wander, rewarding anyone who returns to look for what the silhouette is carrying.
