The Vial and the Pearl
$49.99
A robed hand lowers the glowing vial toward the open shell while the woman reaches from across the cave, each offering light to the other.
Description
Inside a shell-lined grotto, a robed figure extends a small luminous vial over an enormous open shell filled with pearls. Across from it, a woman reaches into the beam falling through the cave. The exchange remains beautifully uncertain. Is the vial awakening the pearls, healing the woman, or being traded for something held by the sea? Coral and shell ornaments make the cave feel ancient and ceremonial, while the two reaching gestures keep the scene human. Neither figure fully possesses the light. It passes between them, suggesting trust, bargain, rescue, or the moment two separate kinds of magic recognize one another.
