The Lamp and the Spiral
$49.99
The traveler brought a lamp for the darkness. The spiral ahead is the part no preparation could have explained.
Description
A robed pilgrim stands beneath an ornate arch, holding a small lamp while reaching toward a brilliant spiral inside the cave. The lamp represents preparation-the experience, caution, and limited knowledge one person can carry into darkness. The spiral is something else entirely: larger, unfamiliar, and impossible to contain. It may be a passage, revelation, storm, or force that has called the traveler across a long distance. The raised hand shows curiosity without surrendering caution. The threshold leaves one question unresolved: when a greater light appears, does it offer understanding, or only reveal how much remains unknown?
