Almost Touching the Sky
$49.99
An adult and child reach toward each other across the ridge, their fingertips nearly meeting inside the bright circle of the sky.
Description
Two figures stand apart on a rough ridge, one adult and one child, extending their hands until only a small gap remains. A brilliant halo opens behind them, removing nearly everything except the gesture. Distance carries the scene: the wide ridge, the bright sky, and especially the final inch between their hands. The space between their fingers is tiny compared with the landscape, yet it holds the entire emotional weight of the scene. It can suggest guidance, reunion, encouragement, or the moment a child attempts something without being carried. The hands do not quite meet, which keeps the image honest. Love often lives in that narrow distance-close enough to protect, far enough to allow another person to reach on their own.
