Do you create personalized or custom engraved pieces?
At this time, Crafted Runes Studio focuses primarily on original artwork created in the studio’s signature style. Limited custom commissions may occasionally be accepted based on availability.
Is every piece really unique?
Yes.
Every engraving is created on genuine natural slate, and no two pieces of slate are exactly alike. Variations in texture, edges, and mineral patterns are part of the natural beauty of the material, making every finished piece one of a kind.
How are the images applied to the slate?
The artwork is permanently laser engraved into the surface of the slate. It is not printed, painted, or applied as a decal.
Will the engraving fade over time?
Under normal indoor display conditions, the engraving is intended to last for many years. The artwork becomes part of the stone itself and requires very little maintenance.
How do I clean my slate artwork?
Simply dust it with a soft microfiber cloth. If needed, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals.
Can I hang the slate on a wall?
Some pieces may be displayed on a wall using appropriate hardware, while others are designed for tabletop display using an easel or stand. Please refer to the individual product description for the recommended display method.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, Crafted Runes Studio ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, the packaging, and the shipping box. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Can I return my purchase?

Do the colors and appearance vary?
Yes.
Natural slate varies from piece to piece, and monitor or phone screens may display colors and contrast slightly differently. These variations are normal and help make every piece unique.
